Specializing in Service of Mercedes Benz. Yes, nowadays there are many so called "Specialists", it almost seems as if anybody that works on a particular brand of car for a couple years labels himself a "Specialist". No former factory training, no access to Factory information, they just work on a few jobs and see the opportunity to "cash in" on a particular brand of car and then they just use the label on all their advertising.
On the other hand, you have shop owners like Renato Natale, owner of Renato Benz Service, a true Certified Auto Repair and Service Technician since 1974. He spent the majority of those years working for the local Dealer, receiving Factory Training on a yearly basis, in all phases of Auto service and repair.
Now, doesn't it make sense to you that a Technician that spends all that time working in one specific brand and learning all the idiosyncrasies of the automobile, can comfortably carry the label of Auto Repair and Service Certified and Factory Trained Specialist? Thanks, I thought you would agree with me.
